Orders & Payments
  • By placing an order and clicking ‘Bestelling plaatsen’ / ‘Afrekenen’ / ‘Place order’ the customer commits to the order and is thereby obliged to pay for the order. Any additional costs for shipments are actual default shipment costs.
Shipment & Delivery

  • Brandt will ship orders within 4 days after receiving the order, unless stated differently on the website. Please let us know if you require your shipment quicker, and we will ship your order as fast as possible.

Reflection period, Right to withdraw & Returns

  • You can return your items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
  • You can exchange your items within 14 days, as long as the new items are the same as the original items you ordered. If you want to exchange your items for different items, the price and size must be the same as the price and size at which you bought the original item. Shipment costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • We accept returns if the item and its packaging are returned in perfect and original state. We will refund your purchase and the shipment costs within 5 working days after receiving your returns. Costs for the return shipment will not be refunded.
  • Because of the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns of used candles.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or not fully refund your purchase if we suspect that the candle has been used or if the item has been damaged due to the return shipment. Brandt also reserves the right to refuse returns or not fully refund your purchase after 14 days of placing the order.

Exclusion of right to withdraw

  • Custom candles made according to specific customer wishes will be excluded from the right to withdraw.

Complains & Conformity

  • Please contact us by email if you have a complaint about one of Brandt’s articles. Please provide a clear description and photos. We will get back to you within 3 working days to discuss what would be a fitting and reasonable solution.


  • An order may be cancelled without reason before it has been shipped. We will refund your purchase within 5 working days minus administration- and transaction costs (€2,95).


  • Brandt produces high quality candles to fit regulations and given specifications. Slight differences in colors may occur. We hand check all products before shipping.

Force majeure

  • Brandt may cancel any placed orders due to force majeure. Brandt can’t be held responsible for any delayed shipments due to force majeure.


  • Brandt exclusively uses personal information to process orders, forms, e-mails and promotions. We only submit the name, email and address of a customer to the site of our parcel partner in order to make a shipping label. We only subscribe name and email to the mailing list of our e-mail marketing service after a double opt-in. The website of Brandt uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous data. We don’t connect this data to personal customer information.

Intellectual property

  • This website is property of Brandt. Brandt reserves the right of this website and its content based on the laws of intellectual property. Text and images from this website may only be used if Brandt has given its explicit permission.
